FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES: EXPERIENCE FOR UKRAINE

Abstract
The research found that the financial instruments used to monitor environmental pollution and natural resource management, it is contributing to the implementation of EU environmental policy. The expediency of adaptation of the ecological legislation of Ukraine on EU legislation, and to clarify the concept of the introduction of financial instruments of ecological relations in the domestic practice. This process implements the optimization of financial support the implementation of environmental policy in Ukraine. This will increase the efficiency of the financial system, and this will contribute to the formation of funds for environmental programs and activities. The attention on the need to implementation of Ukraine's obligations under the Association Agreement to bring environmental standards of production to the requirements of the EU, it will move closer to EU standards and improve the environment in Ukraine.
