IMPROPER PERFORMANCE OF PROFESSIONAL DUTIES BY MEDICAL PERSONNEL

Abstract
Article is devoted to highlighting the features of such a crime as 'Improper perfor-mance of professional duties by medical personnel'. It was analyzed a variety of ap-proaches to concepts such as 'medical worker', ' professional duties of medical worker'. A special attention is focused on the case when there is or there is not a criminal responsibility for committing such a crime.
