THE ROLE OF CORPORATE CULTURE IN CORPORATE GOVERNANCE OF AN ORGANIZATION

Abstract
The authors gave their own definition of corporate governance in the article. The concepts of interpretation of corporate governance were analyzed. The differences between corporate governance and management of an organization were determined. The main factors and elements of forming of corporate culture in an organization were examined. The role of corporate culture in corporate governance and its influence on the efficiency of the economic activity of the organization was explained.
