FISCAL DECENTRALIZATION IN UKRAINE: SUCCESSES AND FAILURES

Abstract
Concreted the importance of financial decentralization for the further development of Ukraine. The main results of the fiscal decentralization in our country. The main results of financial decentralization of Ukraine are analysed. It was, noted, that an important result of the reform was the growth of local budgets. It, was emphasized that the process of creating a legal basis for the financial decentralization of authority is too quo and inconsistent.
