FISCAL EFFICIENCY FORECASTING UNDER UNCERTAINTY OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The article discusses the features of forecasting methods of the fiscal indicators under economic uncertainty. Depending on the response of the state fiscal policy to the uncertainty there were described basic models of state behaviour. Analyzed different foreign countries’ national characteristics in the prediction at different stages of economic development, depending on the degree of uncertainty. Studied the specificity of prediction of fiscal indicators in Ukraine at the present development stage. This allowed providing of recommendations for improving the effectiveness of fiscal forecasting in the context of economic uncertainty.
