Fiscal factor of happiness of peoples

Abstract
The article analyzes the effect of the fiscal burden on the welfare and happiness of peoples in terms of providing the population at the expense of taxes with the benefits of public use – the benefits of quality of life, safety and comfort of existence. It is established that high taxation countries with respect to GDP belong to the most lucky ones under the UN index. The goal of raising the level of happiness in Ukraine as a national priority is emphasized.
