Fleet Planning Based on Multi-cost and Green Flight

Abstract
To reduce operating cost of airlines,taking fuel cost minimization,time cost minimization,carbon emission cost minimization and averaging utilization of different aircraft types as objective function,a multiobjective integer programming model was established. Taking real data of an airline into the programming model,a optimal fleet contiguration was obtained. Weight sensitivity analysis of each sub-objective was performed. The effect of various weight combination on total operating cost and carbon emission was got,and the optional weight range was also received. The results show that the established programming model can save the operating cost of 28. 69 million RMB for the airline and reduce 7 665 t CO2 each year.
