Block-by-block Method of Impulsive Differential Equations

Abstract
To solve the initial-value problem of impulsive differential equation,the impulsive differential equation was transformed to an equivalent integral equation. Then a higher order numerical scheme for the equivalent integral equation was proposed by using the block-by-block method. And its convergence and stability were analyzed. A numerical example was carried out to verify the correctness of the theory analysis.
