FORCED TREATMENT OF LOANS AT THE PROPERTY OF THE DEBTOR

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of practical and legal issues of compulsory enforcement of levies on the debtor’s property. The actual problems of compulsory execution of decisions of property character are highlighted, the conclusion about their condition by lacks of legal regulation is made. Determined the place of foreclosure on the property of the debtor in the system of measures of enforcement of decisions of a property nature. The features of foreclosure treatment for certain types of property are considered. The expediency of compulsory attraction of the subject of appraisal activity to the valuation of property seized in compulsory order is grounded.
