THE PARTIES OF THE LABOR CONTRACT ON THE ACTUAL LEGISLATION AND THE DRAFT LABOUR CODE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The theoretical and legal study of the subject-matter composition (parties) of the employment contract according to the current legislation and the Draft Labor Code of Ukraine is conducted in the scientific article, the peculiarities of the labor legal personality of the employee and the employer as parties to the employment contract are determined. The article contains proposals on improving the acts of the current legislation, the relevant norms of the Draft Labor Code of Ukraine, taking into account the positive legislative experience of foreign countries.
