FORECASTING OF INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article deals with the issues of forecasting of innovation and investment de¬velopment of industrial enterprises. The problems of formation of innovation-investment programs are revealed. The stages of formation of the main directions of the enterprise’s perspective development are proposed. The results of the study has showed that nowadays, ensuring the relationship be¬tween decision-making processes in innovative management and changes in organizational structure is one of the key tasks of effective management of innovations. It also assesses the status and capabilities of previously formed organizational structures and the need for their improvement. An important characteristic of the proposed approach to managing innova¬tion and investment activities at the enterprise is that practically all subsystems are involved here. Moreover, with the increasing degree of their participation, innovation and investment processes proceed actively and consequently grows the final product of production and eco¬nomic activity in general.
