FOREIGN EXPERIENCE FORMATION OF FINANCIAL RESOURCES AT THE LOCAL LEVEL

Abstract
The article is devoted to strengthening the financial basis of local self-government. Studied and systematized especially the formation of local budgets in foreign countries. The features of formation of financial autonomy of administrative units. The analysis of the role of local budgets in the economy of foreign countries. Recommendations for the use of positive international experience in terms of forming their own financial resources of local governments.
