CORRECTION OF SENIOR PUPILS’ PHYSICAL STATE

Abstract
The article deals with the content of senior students’ physical education which must refer to the improvement of health. It defines their level of physical state. Methods and instructional techniques of correction are considered according to pupils’ level of morpho-functional features that will help to improve their health. Developed content and dosage of loading for correction, pulse regimes for periodic exercises can be practiced by pupils of senior school age for general body training.
