Foreign experience of motivation of personnel of the enterprise

Abstract

Abstract. The subject of the study is theoretical, methodological and practical principles of formation of motivation models of personnel in foreign countries and implementation of their practice in modern realities of the development of Ukrainian society. The purpose of the research is to study and analyze foreign experience of motivation of personnel and to find possible ways of its adaptation in accordance with domestic conditions for maximum effective functioning of enterprises. Research methods. In this study a set of scientific approaches and methods was used: graphical, comparative method, logical generalization, systemic. Together, this provided a conceptual unity of research. Results of work. Foreign experience of the countries in constructing models of motivation of personnel is researched and analyzed. A number of characteristic features of the Japanese model of motivation of the personnel, as well as American and Western European models are highlighted. enterprises. Conclusions The main results and of the research can be summarized as follows: the way to effective personnel management lies through understanding its motivation. Only knowing what drives a person that prompts her to work, which motives lie at the heart of her behavior and how they can be put into effect, can develop an effective system of forms and methods of motivation of the company’s staff. Modern work on foreign experience of personnel motivation includes three main motivational models: Japanese, American and Western European. While constructing models of motivation for personnel, Ukrainian enterprises should rely on the experience gained from world practice. According to the Glassdoor platform, three out of five people consider that the social package is one of the most important factors in deciding about work in the company. Similar bonuses not only help to attract new employees’ attention, but also keep existing ones. Four out of five even prefer new privileges instead of wage increases. Therefore, it’s important to know which bonuses are the most desirable.
