Foreign experience of public service

Abstract
The article describes the theoretical aspects and the main ways of carrying out the public service taking into account the world practice. Accordingly, the models of the organization of public service, types of public authority and the level at which the public service is carried out are considered. Based on the analysis of the implementation of the public service in foreign countries, recommendations were made to further improve the governance process in Ukraine.
