Foreign experience of use of innovative technologies of food industry factory mobilization

Abstract
The article deals with the issues related to the peculiarities of foreign experience in the use of innovative technologies for motivating staff of food industry enterprises. It was revealed that the market should be the main reference point for improving the existing technologies for motivating staff of food industry enterprises. Thus, in the areas of material and immaterial motivation, various tools of motivation presented in the article are developed and successfully used. As evidenced by the study of theory and practice, the use of innovative technologies for motivating staff of food industry enterprises in foreign countries largely depends on cultural traditions, beliefs, mentality, etc. the foreign experience of using innovative technology to motivate staff in food industry companies is considered, it has been possible to conclude that various motivational tools are used in economically developed countries, in particular pay for performance, payroll, profits, free time motivation, career opportunities, Improvement of the compensation package, corporate contests, the gross pay system, KPI system, etc. At the same time, it has been established that in Ukraine such technologies have not yet become sufficiently distributed and are mostly in the embryonic state. Instead, it has been revealed that in this area, despite the obsolete, the use of fixed tariff rates and official salaries continues to be widespread in Ukraine. It is concluded that in Ukraine the technology of motivated personnel of food industry enterprises is primarily carried out in material form. Moreover, intangible incentives are used infrequently and even unsystematically.
