Foreign experience the state regulation of investment attraction: basic tools and prospects of their use in Ukraine

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to examine the instruments of state regulation to attract investments in foreign countries can be used in Ukraine. The article is devoted to the definition and features the use of these tools in Ukraine. Determined tools of state regulation of attraction of investments in foreign countries formed a list of tools and their conditions of use in Ukraine. The article proved that the use of certain tools will help increase the attraction of investments into Ukraine. The main scientific position paper can be used in the practice of state regulation of investment attraction.
