FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHERS’ INCLUSIVE COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT IN THE SYSTEM OF POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION IN INTERCOURSE PERIOD: KHARKIV REGION’S EXPERIENCE

Abstract
In the article the experience of Kharkiv region devoted to foreign language teachers’ inclusive competence development in the system of postgraduate education was presented. The author gives the examples of forms, methods and ways of inclusive competence development as a part of a modern foreign language teacher’s professional competence. The concrete results of own work effectiveness due to foreign language teachers’ inclusive competence development in intercourse period were presented. The directions and peculiarities of this category of teachers’ future development of this kind of competence were marked. The necessity of looking through and correction qualification characteristics of a foreign language teacher and primary school foreign language teacher taking into consideration the importance of teachers’ inclusive competence development.
