FOREIGN PRACTICES OF EVALUATION OF CAPITAL FLIGHT: METHODOLOGICAL ASPECT

Abstract
In this paper foreign methods of determination of capital outflows used at the macro and micro levels are considered. The analysis of different researches of the main factors determining the dynamics of the initial financial flows was carried out. It has been concluded that different groups of economic and political risks can be considered as the main determinants of capital outflows.
