Foreign state support as a source of strength and weakness terrorist organizations

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the influence of the foreign state sponsorship on terrorist organizations. The contradictory nature of this support is demonstrated. The balance of positive and negative consequences of the state sponsorship for terrorist organizations is drawn.
