Abstract
Development of new institutionalism promotes the transformation of epistemology conceptualization of political-institutional theory tradition as the complete paradigm. It characterized the usage of multidisciplinary approaches to the analysis of complex regulations, structures and processes that are relevant to the different levels of political community.
