Forensic description of offender’s identity committing illegal possession of cars by overcoming protection systems

Abstract
The forensic description of the person of the offender is investigated, committing illegal possession of cars by overcoming protection systems. As a result of the generalization of the opinions of scientists on the preliminary study of criminal proceedings, the investigation of the subject of encroachment, the situation, methods and trace of the illicit possession of cars committed to overcome the security systems, we have allowed us to form the characteristics of the offender. The person of the offender is mainly a man aged 18-47; a local resident who lives in his or her own home, and in his absence - with relatives, comrades or friends; unmarried; do not judge; does not work and does not study, but in the case of employment performs work that does not require a high level of education; is not registered with a narcologist and a psychiatrist.
