Forensic examination in Lithuania - is there a strategy of state criminal policy?

Abstract

Anti-crime issues are always with more or less. less acute rose in the scientific, social and political discourse. In the XVIII century, the classic school of criminal rights whose ideas were supposed to be the foundation of a civilized deter crime and the impact on perpetrators deeds. However, the implementation of these goals and objectives has been unsuccessful.
