Formation and development of information management support activity in Ukraine: international experience

Abstract
The article described the formation and development of information management software of Ukraine, attracting international experience. The analysis model of information support of management. Found that in Ukraine, as in the whole world, forming a completely new type of symbolic existence of man, culture and society. A new communication system that detects active influence by acting on the person, transforming its entire way of daily life.
