FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF LABOUR POTENTIAL OF THE AGRICULTURE

Abstract
Under current conditions of the formation of economic relations, very important is а problem of formation and use of labour potential. State of labour potential depends on various factors or conditions of its reproduction, which should be analysed, systematized, and taken into account for the purpose of rational formation and use. Insufficiency of the new theoretical ones and practical developments, which are aimed at solving these problems, necessitates it and the relevance of the systematic study of this problem. The purpose of the article is to study theoretical and practical aspects of the formation, development, and use of labour potential in the field of agriculture. The article is considered peculiarities of forming labour potential in the agricultural sector. It is established that labour potential is one of the most important modernization resources of society. From the formation, distribution, and use of labour potential depend not only on the effective reproduction of the human potential of the regions but opportunities for accelerating the pace of socio-economic development. It is determined that labour potential should be understood as the totality of all labour opportunities of an individual, groups of workers, and society as a whole. Conditions and tendencies of labour potential formation are singled out. Features of the formation and use of rural labour potential are defined. The main aspects of labour potential development and provision of the rural population by workplaces are investigated. The basic provisions for improving the situation in the direction of formation and development of the labour potential of the agricultural sector are developed, which should be implemented at the country and regional level.
