FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE NATIONAL ANTI-CORRUPTION BUREAU OF UKRAINE, ITS ROLE AND PLACE IN THE SYSTEM OF LAW ENFORCEMENT BODIES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the formation and development of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine. Its role and place in the system of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine have been analyzed on the basis of analysis of thecurrent legislation and scientific and theoretical researches. The stages of formation of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine are determined. The concept of law enforcement bodies is studied.
