PRINCIPLE OF TRANSPARENCY OF THE POWER: POST-EUROPEAN AND EUROPEAN EXPERIENCE

Abstract
In article attempt of research of possibilities of realization of the principle of transparency of the authorities in the countries of post-Soviet and European space, with the aim of implementation of the synthesized provisions into national legis- lation. The proposed vectors of improvement of legal regulation of corresponding sphere of public relations by creating social structures that would control the level of transparency of the authorities and strongly contributed to the education dialogue “government-society”
