Formation and evaluation of the entrepreneurial potential of food industry enterprises

Abstract
The essence of entrepreneurial potential of the enterprise is considered in the article. The components of the enterprise's general potential, which form its business potential, are highlighted. The main indicators are substantiated and evaluation of the entrepreneurial potential of food industry enterprises is made by the authors.
