Problems of forming regional infrastructure of resource provision management of the region’s economy

Abstract
The article is devoted to research and presentation of development problems of regional infrastructure and its elements of resource provision management of the region’s economy. There are defined characteristics of corresponding types of resources – information and financial support of the regional infrastructure functioning. They are based on the mechanism of formation and distribution, entering into economic relations, and determining the order of attraction and effective use of financial resources, principles of organization and management, methods and forms of their influence on the region’s activity. There are substantiated recommendations on resource provision management concerning evaluation indicators of resource provision results for development of the region’s economy. Such evaluation can be carried out for each element and direction of the regional infrastructure functioning of resource provision management of the region’s economy. Follow-up methods of strategic and economic growth are used for this purpose. Efficiency of managing resource provision of the region’s economy within the regional infrastructure is internal efficiency of the managed subsystem of resource management of the region’s economy, which consists of efficiency of the management object functional constituents. It can be represented through: usage availability and reality of internal functional capabilities of the region’s economy; usage completeness and rationality of all kinds of resources with high quality of goods, services and products with minimal expenses; complete achievement of the region’s activity objectives in specific indicators of the functional activity areas. The main criterion in managing resource provision is evaluation indicators of resource provision results for economic development in the region. Such evaluation can be carried out for each element and direction of the regional infrastructure functioning of resource provision management of the region’s economy. Follow-up methods of strategic and economic growth are used for this purpose. The results of integrated evaluation of each element’s potential serve as an information basis for conducting rating analysis and choosing managerial decisions on resource provision of the region’s economy. Characteristic of the activity results is basically a certain sign of these results. It helps to state the presence of this characteristic, i.e., the characteristic is an evaluation category to some extent, and, although indirectly, it is the result of managerial actions.
