Formation and use of financial resources

Abstract
Potential performance opportunities of business entities defined by amount of resources controlled by them and by the possession of future economic benefits which are expected. It is believed, that the most important is financial resources security, the presence of which indicates the potential opportunity to provide any other form of resources. Unfortunately, in modern conditions the company paid a little attention is to the improvement of the process of formation and use of financial resources. Therefore, this is a leading issue for each enterprise. The article is devoted to optimizing the formation and use of financial resources. It solved the economic content of financial resources; describes sources of financial resources, identified factors that have significant influence on the financial resources and stages of their formation, the ways and directions of optimizing the formation and use of financial resources are proposed.
