FORMATION OF A DIVERSIFICATION APPROACH TO THE CREATION OF NEW OFFERS BY DOMESTIC ENTERPRISES IN FOREIGN MARKETS

Abstract
In the article the classification of the diversification process is developed, the description of diversification by types and directions of development of enterprises activity on the domestic and international markets is presented, directions and motives of diversification of trading activity are proposed, organizational types of marketing diversification of enterprises activity are substantiated. The graph-analytical model of the decisionmaking process on the implementation of international diversification is developed.
