Abstract

The article emphasizes the necessity of professional development of personnel of enterprises of hotel and restaurant business in the conditions of constant changes in the nature and content of their professional activities. The factors of professional development of the personnel of the enterprises, covering the processes of their adaptation and continuous professional training in the enterprise are considered.
