PROBLEMS OF COMPENSATION OF THE CAUSED DAMAGES BY RESULTS OF STOCKTAKING

Abstract
The article deals with the practical aspects of determining the amount of damage from theft, lack, damage to property in accordance with the rules of the current legislation. The content of the main normative documents on this issue is compared. An estimation of possibilities of the subject of economic activity is given for more objective determination of the harm caused to him. The conclusion is made about the imperfection of the normative regulation of material liability. The ways of improving the normative provision of compensation for incurred losses are offered.
