THE ESSENCE AND PRINCIPLES OF IMPLEMENTING A SELF-GOVERNING REGIONAL POLICY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE TRILATERAL PARTNERSHIP

Abstract
The article outlines the essence and principles of the regional policy for the development of the trilateral partnership. Also, the author discovers the essence of tripartism. The principles of inter-sector interaction are investigated. The principles, under which the effectiveness of intersubjective interaction influences the development of effective development of territories and society as a whole, are highlighted. The tendency of trilateral cooperation, which leads to the association of territorial communities as a sublimated substance of tripartite relations of the state of business and the third sector, is outlined.
