ASPECTS OF PUBLIC DEBT MANAGEMENT IN EUROPE

Abstract
The article deals with aspects of public debt management in European countries. The features of "public debt", "external debt", "debt policy" in the context of world experience were revealed. The main tasks of the debt policy and principles for ensuring its efficiency in the European countries were determined. The world concepts of state credit are analyzed. The problem of external debt is considered on the example of the European countries. The key stages of formation and management of debt policy of Ukraine are summarized. The main approaches of solving the problem of overcoming the debt crisis in Europe is highlighting the ways of leveling the debt burden of Ukrainian budget based on world experience are offered.
