WAYS OF INCREASING THE INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVENESS OF ENTERPRISES IN CONDITIONS OF MARKET TRANSFORMATIONS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article develops an algorithm of assessment and recommendations for enhancing international competitiveness of the enterprise. Based on the analysis of foreign economic activity of state scientific production enterprise “Kommunar Corporation” the authors conducted a rating assessment and measures for the realization of competitive advantages of the enterprise. Given the dynamism and not the predictability of the development of the international economic environment and the need for adaptation of domestic enterprises to its terms, the authors assessed the state of foreign markets according to their level of favorability/hostility for state scientific production enterprise “Kommunar Corporation”. Based on this assessment using the program StatGraphics carried out clustering of the target foreign markets of the company. According to the results of the conducted research the authors have developed recommendations for improving strategic development of foreign economic activity of the enterprise.
