CHARACTERISTICS AND FILLABILITY OF BUSINESS PROCESSES AS A BASIS FOR EFFECTIVE USE OF POTENTIAL OF AN ENTERPRISE

Abstract
Features of potential as a platform of business processes in an enterprise activity are considered in the article. Preconditions for using the process approach of enterprise potential management are formed. Key points of business processes of a modern enterprise are generalized and systematized. The system-complex approach for the formation of the system of business processes of an enterprise in a market-competitive environment is justified. The use of one of the modern technologies (Workflow) is proposed for the transition of business entities to processoriented management of potential of an enterprise.
