Abstract
In article use of design crediting as levers of lifting of a regional tourism and recreational complex, and also a problem of formation of resource base, sufficient for realization of investment strategy of the enterprises of a tourism and recreational complex allowing raising investment appeal of the enterprises of Broadcasting Company is considered.
