FORMATION OF AN INSTITUTIONAL MECHANISM FOR PROVIDING COMPETITIVENESS OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical, conceptual, and methodical approaches to the formation of an institutional mechanism for ensuring the competitiveness of agrarian enterprises. It is proved that the improvement of the institutional environment is an effective tool for managing the economic development of agro formations. It is determined that institutional transformations contribute to the efficient use of resource potential, strengthening financial synergy, and increasing the competitiveness of an enterprise. The existence of a link between the implementation of institutional changes and the innovative development of agrarian enterprises and the growth of their competitiveness are established. The key directions of the necessary transformations in the agrarian sector are clarified, the essence of institutional changes is identified, the key components of the institutional mechanism for ensuring the competitiveness of agrarian enterprises are determined.
