SYSTEMATIZATION AND ANALYSIS OF MODELS OF TNCS’ CONDUCT IN MODERN TERMS OF GLOBALIZATION

Abstract
The differences of directions of activity of multinational corporations of the developed countries and Ukraine in the conditions of globalization of economy has been found out. It is rotined that to transnationalization activity of the most Ukrainian corporations it is an objective process which simultaneously is part of more general phenomenon, when there are not only global companies in countries-leaders. tendency of strengthening of competition positions of the Ukrainian multinational corporations in a world economy has been grounded.
