RESEARCH CONCEPT OF THE PHENOMENON “HOLDING UNITING OF ENTERPRISES”

Abstract
Worldwide management experience witnesses of the emergence of new, modernization of already existing ones and relevant significant expansion of the list of types and forms of organizational structures of entrepreneurship, the use of which enables enterprises with different competitive advantages to provide for the necessary level of their competitiveness. Unfortunately, theoretical aspect does not adequately address the mentioned empirical data. The relevant conclusions also apply to a microeconomic system such as holding uniting of enterprises. The holding uniting of enterprises is a separate form of the uniting of enterprises, created by a group of large enterprises on the basis of joint participation in their share capital. Their economic activity covers all phases of the economic process within the national territory, in order to coordinate the process of expanded reproduction of a set of specific assets formed by them through the systematic introduction of global basic pioneering innovations.
