Abstract
Досліджено сутність поняття «стратегічне управління» та визначені основні етапи стратегічного управління будівельним підприємством. Такими етапами є аналіз зовнішнього середовища, визначення цілей, вибір стратегії, виконання стратегії, оцінка та контроль виконання. Розглянуто характерні риси системи стратегічного управління будівельним підприємством. Проаналізовано особливості та переваги стратегічного управління для будівельного підприємства.
