FORMATION OF BODIES OF SELF-ORGANIZATION OF THE POPULATION AS A FORM OF DEVELOPMENT OF LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT

Abstract
The article deals with the process of foundation in Ukraine bodies of self-organization of the population, the formation of the regulatory and legal framework for their activities, the place and role of bodies of self-organization in the local self-government system, the activities of these bodies aimed to realization of their capacities and possible ways to increase their effectiveness.
