FORMATION OF CULTURAL AND MOTIVATION MECHANISM FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF LABOR POTENTIAL OF RAILWAY TRANSPORT ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article defines the main requirements for the motivational mechanism for the development of the labor potential of enterprises of railway transport. The expediency of forming a cultural and motivational mechanism was substantiated, the system of basic values of PJSC “Ukrainian Railway” was developed, which are divided into corporate values, moral and ethical values and norms of employees’ behavior and values and norms that determine the style of management, forms and methods of management. A cultural and motivational mechanism for the development of the labor potential of enterprises of railway transport has been formed.
