Formation of economic safety of food industry enterprises

Abstract

The subject of the study is theoretical and methodological principles for the formation of economic security of food industry enterprises. The purpose of the study is to substantiate possible ways of ensuring the economic safety of food industry enterprises. Research methods. The study uses a set of scientific methods and approaches, including logical generalization, systemic, comparison method, graphical, which allowed to ensure the conceptual unity of research. Results of work. The article substantiates the necessity of forming the economic safety of enterprises of the food industry on the basis of organizational and economic mechanism, the action of which will be ensured through the use of the newest marketing tools of financial protection of business in the food industry, which will contribute to the formation of economic security of economic entities. The field of application of results. In the field of economics and in the practical activities of food industry enterprises. Conclusions. The main results of the study and its theoretical and methodological results can be reduced to the following wording: based on the assessment of the financial and economic situation of a large number of business entities in the food industry, which deteriorates due to the lack of well-established logistics systems and business enterprise infrastructure, constantly unsuccessful reforms and the lack of acceptable state policy on their development, actualizes the real need for the creation of a functional organizational environment for the business environment cognitive mechanisms, which would operate on the basis of the latest marketing tools for the financial protection of enterprises in the food industry and contributed to the formation of their economic security. In order to utilize the proposed mechanism in the context of securing the economic security of food industry enterprises, marketing tools have been used, in particular, social media marketing, brand-approach and food branding, event marketing and system-reflexive marketing.
