Formation of general music education in Ukraine in the second half of the 20th century

Abstract
The phase of the establishment of general music education in Ukraine in the 1970s of the 20th century has been theoretically grounded in the article as well as its historical background. Historical-pedagogical analysis of the essence of music education in a comprehensive school of Ukraine in the 1950s and 70s of the 20th century was done. The changes taking place in the ¿ eld of school music education during this period was analyzed.
