Formation of Hierarchical Multi-level Structure of the Resource Saving

Abstract
The aim of this work is the development of methodological approaches to the formation of a hierarchy of levels of resource saving. The article describes the approaches and methods to the study of advanced uses of natural resource potential of the country, a different interpretation and the analysis of the definitions of \"resources \" and \"resource saving \" was given, own interpretation of these concepts was offered by the author. The urgency of the need to address resource saving as a multilevel economic category was grounded. The formation of a hierarchical multi-level structure of resource saving based on the compilation and analysis of approaches to the definition of the concepts of \"resources \" and \"resource saving \" as economic categories was also suggested. The interrelation of all levels of this hierarchy was shown. A definition for each level of the hierarchy of resource saving was proposed: technological resource saving; resource saving at an enterprise level; industrial resource saving; regional resource saving; national resource saving; resource saving at the international level; global resource saving.
