FORMATION OF INNOVATIVE POTENTIAL OF SCIENTIFIC AND INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY IN THE RICE GROWING INDUSTRY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article highlighted the main aspects of forming the innovative potential of scientific and innovative activity in the rice industry based on the assessment of the existing state of scientific support of the rice production industry and its impact on the competitiveness of the industry. It was defined by the notion of innovative potential of scientific and innovative products. It was an assessment of the process of forming the innovative potential of the branch of rice cultivation in the scientific sphere in terms of resource, internal (organizational) and productive components. Here also was an analysis of the resource component of the innovative potential in the rice industry in terms of personnel, financial and information support in the scientific field. It examined the process of creating scientific developments and transforming them into attractive innovative solutions for advancement in a knowledge-based market. This was an analysis of the effective component of the scientific support of the branch of rice production as a source of additional revenues to the budget of the research institution.
