FORMATION OF LEGAL CONCEPTS ABOUT EVIDENCE IN MYTH-LAW OF THE ANCIENT EGYPT

Abstract
The article analyzes legal views and concepts of the ancient Egyptians regarding the matters of evidence and proof. The author has come to the conclusion that the ancient Egyptian civilization – along with the other ones – was one of the primary sources of forming the views on the rules of evidence, evidence types and systems.
