Abstract
The socialsignificance of legal education and legal education today is determined by the problem of building a civilsociety and rule of law. Frome officiently organized process of legal education and legal education in the country depends on the state of legal culture and legal awareness of citizens. Interms of intercommunication of legal education, legal education and legal culture formation of future teachers in teaching in higher education institutions cansay that nowis the actual definition of the scope of scientific interests of teachers and law yer sappointed with questions. The purpose of this article is to examine the problem of formation of future teachers of legal culture and legal awareness while learning in higher education. Given its objective, we will consider the use of basic pedagogical principles in education and educational space, combined with the problems of legal education and legal education. Formation of legal culture and legal awareness among future teachers in training and legal education is a process of dual personality, firstly, is the accumulation of legal knowledge, and secondly, a transformation of the accumulated information in personal beliefs. Skip legal knowledge in legal convictions provided students studying historic ) theoretical and legal disciplines, which reveals the place and role of law in the development of civilization, its value to minimize social conflicts, freedom of the individual, as the basis for the formation of legal culture and legal awareness is know ledge of the principles and law, the recognition of its social value.
